Customizable microphone and speakeroptions, plus the ability to connect to rich-media systems, allow great flexibility in awide variety of medium-sized room applications:

  • General teleconferencing: Excellent alternative to XAP installed systems in price-sensitive applications for custom integrated board rooms and higher-end conference rooms.
  • Corporate training & education environments: Corporate trainers use teleconferencing paired with at least one other conferencing technology (video or web) to facilitate distance learning from a centralized corporate location. Customizable microphone options with local speech lift/sound reinforcement make the Converge 560/590 a perfect fit for the training and education marketplace.
  • Multi-media conferencing applications: With the ability to interface with video and web conferencing systems, the Converge 560/590 provides significantly enhanced audio performance and configuration control for rich-media environments.
  • Court rooms & hearing rooms: The Converge 560/590 features the ability to record far-end and local audio proceedings from a conference call. High-quality recordings are critical for transcripts of testimony in which noise and audio artifacts can negatively affect the accuracy of the proceeding. This product delivers clean, clear audio for high-quality recordings. The custom microphone configurations allow for the flexibility necessary to place mics in optimal locations. And, the speech lift capability allows for the voice of the judge or attorneys to be amplified in the local room.
