GO ELECTRONIC GOHD400 FAQs
Can you use both the SDI and DVI/HDMI output simultaneously or do you have to choose one at a time?
Yes, not only do you have the option of both an SDI and DVI/HDMI output on a single camera (compared to competitors' cameras), but you can also use both video outputs simultaneously for the greatest flexibility.
I am not seeing video when using the DVI/HDMI output?
When using the DVI/HDMI output on the GOHD400, you will need to turn the HDMIMode to 'On' via the Settings in the Datascreen/Menu.
The face of the subject I am shooting is washed out?
This situation occurs when lighting is hitting the subject but the background is darker. When the camera is in auto iris mode, the dark background causes the auto iris to open up for the background and this leaves the subject washed out and overexposed. To correct for this, you will want to adjust some of the settings on the camera (all accessible via the OSD using the IR remote or your RCC4000). First, you will want to change the Exposure to Manual (instead of Auto). Then, you will want to adjust the Iris to a value closer to Close.
