KANEXPRO EXT-SDI3G

The KanexPro EXT-SDI3G is an easy to use, simple SDI to HDMI converter. Ideal for converting any flavor of SDI, HD-SDI to HDMI for display on any monitor equipped with an HDMI jack. This simple device can be fully rack-mounted to the back of most equipment

This converter allows consumer-grade plasmas or LCD screens to become studio monitors. It will save you a ton of money compared to buying special monitors with the capability to purchase an even more specialized, proprietary SDI cards.

The audio jacks provide line level audio of any pair of the embedded 8-channels of audio in the SDI signal, not to forget you can also embedd digital audio through Toslink. Perfect for driving some powered monitors locally in a green room (the HDMI signal also carries the audio signal along to the attached monitor & internal speakers).

Note: This only converts from SDI to HDMI up to HD 1080p and does not support 4K at this time.
