WEB CONFERENCING
WEB CONFERENCING Web conferencing, more specifically video conferencing via the web, is a more cost effective alternative to the stand-alone video conferencing systems. Go Electronic provides all of the web conferencing video and audio equipment necessary to outfit a single desktop or a large conference room (see below for details). Web conferencing software, such as Nefsis, is required for a complete web conferencing system. A key benefit of web-based video conferencing is the flexibility in the selection of audio and video equipment. You can select equipment that best fits your budget, the size of your conference room and the application.
For PC and laptop users, Go Electronic offers a wide selection of web cameras. As for the audio component, headsets with boom microphones are highly recommended for pc and laptop users. However, if you require mobility, an external microphone, such as the wireless Revolabs xTag or the ClearOne Chat 50 USB Personal Conference Phone, may be used.
For conference rooms and larger facilities, Go Electronic specializes in standard and high definition pan-tilt-zoom video cameras. The Sony EVI-D70 video camera is very popular in conference and boardroom installations with its outstanding image quality and PTZ control. For those looking toward the future, the Sony EVI-HD1 camera allows for SD to HD migration with just the flip of a switch. Go Electronic carries a wide selection of table-top and wireless microphones and speakerphones all which provide the audio capabilities for web conferencing. Phoenix Audio's Duet Executive USB speakerphone is unique as this model allows multiple Executive mics to be connected together via daisy chain cables so it is more effective in a larger room.
