Return Request

Online Customer Service Center
To contact Go Electronic customer service, we ask that you please use our online customer service center. This is our preferred method for providing the quickest, most accurate reponse to your requests. For basic questions, a customer service representative will usually respond to your request within minutes, during regular business hours. For questions that require some investigating our our end, a customer service representative will respond to your request as soon as possible.

To submit a request to customer service or to track the status of a previous request, you will need a username and password (this is NOT the same as your Go Electronic customer account login and password).
