You will need to create a username and password to login to the online customer service center. With your username and password you will be able to submit a request to customer service as well as check the status of and respond to previous requests.
Please note, you need to create a username and password even if you have already created a Go Electronic customer account. However, you may use the same username and password as your customer account if you wish. To create your own account, simply enter in your desired username and password.  |
